When we have helped you discover the home of your dreams, we do research to determine the true market value of the property in question. This includes pre-negotiation conversations with the agent representing the seller.

We discuss our strategy and carefully prepare a purchase offer customizing all the terms and conditions to your situation.

Your offer is presented to the seller (in person, if possible, along with their agent) and the price, terms and conditions are discussed. This is the critical stage of buying and requires diplomacy and skill in negotiating on our part.
